Ahilan references @CosechaMovement civil rights leaders currently being arrested outside of the White House, bringing them into the ZOOM, with question about @TInfiltrators and the demand to bring home who were wrongfully deported people like Claudio Rojas.
This discussion- debate really- wherein Mayorkas is defending double punishment, double suspicion, and deprivation of due process for immigrants accused of crime is, on the one hand very dispiriting, and on the other hand, I am happy to see it happening in the light of day…
Mayorkas now reverting to familiar fear mongering rhetoric in defense of a policy that is indefensible.
