About to get started. Judge Cooper is an Obama appointee and he’s married to a former top aide to Eric Holder.
Judge asks for update on discovery. DOJ says should have to defense next week. Barnett was arrested a few days after protest and has been in jail ever since so obviously so rush to put the case together.

Government now showing video evidence. Many defense lawyers complaining that feds are cherry-picking video. Just now, government “skips” over part of full video. Khater lawyer raises objection amgreatness.com/2021/04/26/the…
DOJ argument is that after Khater allegedly sprayed the pepper spray or whatever it was, it disabled 3 cops and therefore they aided the raid on the Capitol. But video also shows a massive cloud of chemical spray beforehand. Winds were 20 mph that day per a separate filing.
Tanios lawyer also now objecting to DOJ cherry-picking of video evidence. Claims feds are omitting exculpatory comments.

I honestly cannot believe our government is wasting time on this.

When you see crocodile tears from Senate Republicans SHOCKED at Biden's radical agenda, remember how many voted to empower this fast-moving disaster.

GOP Senators who confirmed the most Biden cabinet picks: Collins (all 21 so far); Murkowski, Portman, Romney (19); Graham (17)...
Grassley, McConnell, Rounds, Capito (16); Blunt, Fischer, Burr, Cornyn, Johnson (15); Sullivan, Rounds, Tillis (14).

Hawley voted against 19, Cruz, R. Scott against 18.

They don't even know how to use the little leverage they have. GOP owns this wreck of an administration, too.
But hey some good news! They did torpedo Neera Tanden because she tweeted mean things about them. At least Senate GOP makes they priorities obvious for all to see.

Listening to FDA/CDC call. This clot has been found in women ages 18-49. One patient died, one in critical condition. FDA will revise fact sheet to include adverse reaction info. Says events are extremely rare.
Doctors are advised that people who present low platelet count should inquire whether the patient has been vaccinated with JJ shot.
Meeting tomorrow to review data. Keep in mind this vaccine has only been widely available for less than 2 months.

Admits “many people” experience fever, headaches, pain, etc after all vaccines.

Advises anyone who has severe symptoms to JJ go to doctor.
