People do not realize that no matter how much security you can do, your email account is the most vulnerable and usually it's the starting point of all attacks.

7) Periodically every 30 days change your account passwords for the main accounts such as Email and/or exchange passwords. NEVER re-use a password.

9) Vast majority of the hacks are social engineering hacks (sim swapping is one of the classic ones) , so don't tell anyone more than they need to know

11) Be twice or thrice as careful when doing things via mobile since Android security is poor at best. Only install the official apps and that's it. Don't install shit on your phone.
12) As for things you can do to minimize risk of getting rekt, don't keep everything in 1 place. Keep some on FTX, keep some on Binance, Keep some on Kraken, keep some on your ETH wallet, keep some on your BSC wallet, keep some on your SOLANA wallet.
