Crowd at Broadway and Pine is throwing bottles, rocks, and paint at officers. Police are now issuing a dispersal order and are making two arrests.

Additionally, a passenger in a vehicle on Denny, near the march, threw a bottle through the open window of an SPD vehicle, striking the SPD driver. Officers arrested the motorist.
