1. Arrange to wake up after midnight; make the inetion to perform Tahajjud and before sleeping set an alarm to wake up during the night before Fajr, this can be prayed at any time during the night, but the best time is after midnight, especially in the last third of the night
2. Once you have woken up at the time you have chosen, perform wudu. If you have discharged earlier in the night, Ghusl must be performed
3. Find a quiet, cleane place to conduct your prayer. Wear your normal prayer clothes, place your prayer mat facing towards the Ka'bah, as we would in normal prayer, and sit down
4. Focus on all the worries in your heart, calm yourself and reflect on your relationship with Allah SWT. You can close your eyes and focus your attention on removing all of your other problems that are meaningless in comparison to His wisdom
5. Make intention that you are going to perform Tahajjud, how many rakats and which surahs you are planning to recite. Also decide the reason for why you are performing Tahajjud, this could be to thank Allah SWT or to ask for His forgiveness
6. Perform 2 rakats at least, but you may repeat these rakats as many times as you wish. The Prophet Muhammad (saw) often prayed up to 13 rakats. Longer surahs are also highly commended
7. Add your own duas after the rakats you've set out to pray as long as they're sincere and done in complete devotion to Allah SWT. Pray for whatever your heart desires, what you are thankful for, they should be offered with humbleness, fear, patience and hope
8. Acknowledge your wrongdoings, use the fear of displeasing Allah SWT to motivate you, He is the Most Forgiving so do not lose hope and remember, if Allah SWT wills, your prayers will be answered
Remember, Allah SWT descends every night to the lowest heaven when one-third of the night remains and says: “Who will call upon Me, that I may answer him? Who will ask of Me, that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?”

1. Seek refuge in Allah. This is the simplest way to control your anger. Whenever you feel angry, sit down, and seek refuge in Allah from Shaytaan. In Arabic, say A'oodhu billahi minash shaytaannir rajeem. Have a drink of water, and relax; don't get tense or stressed out.
2. Keep silent. If someone says something offensive to you, don't retaliate and say something mean back. If you're having an argument, be the better person, realize that nothing good comes out of petty arguments, and keep silent.

Imam Al-Nawawi concluded his discussion on Laylatul-Qadr by saying:
“It was named Laylatul-Qadr, meaning: the night of judgment and discernment (in the affairs of men). This meaning is what is true and popular.”
Allāh ﷻ has blessed Ramadan with Laylatul Qadr, which is the best night of the year and worship on this night is better than worshiping for a thousand months. Allāh ﷻ says:
O Allah! I ask guidance from Ur knowledge, And Power from Ur Might and I ask for Your great blessings. You are capable and I am not. You know and I do not and You know the unseen. O Allah! If You know that this job is good for my religion and my subsistence
and in my Hereafter–(or said: If it is better for my present and later needs)–Then You ordain it for me and make it easy for me to get, And then bless me in it, and if You know that this job is harmful to me In my religion and subsistence and in the Hereafter–
