1. Seek refuge in Allah. This is the simplest way to control your anger. Whenever you feel angry, sit down, and seek refuge in Allah from Shaytaan. In Arabic, say A'oodhu billahi minash shaytaannir rajeem. Have a drink of water, and relax; don't get tense or stressed out.
2. Keep silent. If someone says something offensive to you, don't retaliate and say something mean back. If you're having an argument, be the better person, realize that nothing good comes out of petty arguments, and keep silent.

How To Perform The Tahajjud Prayer

1. Arrange to wake up after midnight; make the inetion to perform Tahajjud and before sleeping set an alarm to wake up during the night before Fajr, this can be prayed at any time during the night, but the best time is after midnight, especially in the last third of the night
2. Once you have woken up at the time you have chosen, perform wudu. If you have discharged earlier in the night, Ghusl must be performed

We have two types of Holy bath ( janabah)

1 a-Intention
b-Mentioning Bismillah ,washing the hands thrice and washing the private parts.
c-Making ablution (like that for prayer).
d-Pouring water on the head thrice till the whole skin of the head becomes wet.
e-Washing the right side of the body then the left side and rubbing water with hands over the whole body. 6-It is desirable to use soap or the like while bathing in order to achieve cleanliness. And Allah knows best .
