Yes, you are defending it & them. I’m sure you make $500K a yr. Pointing out these poor people received “some” tax cuts & boo hoo about all their expenses. I’ll clue you in...people making $500K a yr are 95% Republican voters. That small 5% you think other Dems

should be worried about, we’re not. Another thing, they don’t just get tax cuts, they have a plethora of tax incentives, loopholes & investment tax breaks (they usually are investors) to lower tax liability. I can’t even get a tax break by claiming my
mortgage interest anymore.

I can’t claim my child as a dependent anymore even though I help her pay for college. A political issue we ARE worried about a lot more is the constant gerrymandering, cheating, depleting voters
rolls & new voter laws that suppress marginalized people from voting. You also state

that these voters will have to pay higher taxes & will be provided “some”essential services. Exactly what services won’t they get? As far as I know any tax you pay, high or low you still get garbage picked up, ambulance & fire, police, roads paved, bridges built. Save all of us

this pity party your throwing for wealthy people that we’re paying for. That we’ve been paying for for 50 yrs. Instead try to remember when Eisenhower was in office $500K was taxed at 91%. Yes, I realize that’s about $4M today but it still doesn’t change that fact. Yet every

chance Republicans have had they’ve managed to lower it until it’s now a measly 25%. I think a much fairer tax system based on personal income would be a flat tax of 30% for everyone no matter what level. He’ll even 20% would cure this issue. They also need to give everyone the

breaks & loopholes they give the rich. If you want predict what things will hurt the Dem vote in 2022 start with voter suppression, point out how “unfair” that is. Point out that it is “offensive” to marginalized poor people that wealthy people expect us to carry the burden.

So contrary to what you believe poor marginalized Democrats do vote based on “what they don’t get” & “what offends” them. It’s the wealthy Republicans & wealthy Democrats who only care about what they get for a tax hike. That’s shameful.
