Our vaccine production situation different from many other countries. On what basis Covishield was being made in India? It's Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine,you can say it's British-designed product. It was made in India as vaccine owner saw India as an efficient production venue: EAM

Along with that the ability & approval to make in India, came an obligation to supply it to a large part of the world. So, people have to understand, it was not that vaccine production started in India, it was invented by an Indian, owned by an Indian, produced by an Indian: EAM

It was a truly international collaboration. When there is an international collaboration, if somebody gave you a vaccine to make in India, then you have to do your part, otherwise, it doesn't work: EAM Dr S Jaishankar at Global Dialogue Series

The Union of India has approached Supreme Court today against yesterday's Delhi High Court's order asking officials monitoring oxygen procurement and supply to states, including Delhi, to be present during today’s hearing

Solicitor General (SG) Tushar Mehta, appearing for the UOI, said it is unfortunate that the Delhi High Court had initiated contempt proceeding when the Centre, its officers are doing their best in the issue

Justice Chandrachud, observed that putting officers in jail or hauling officers for contempt won't bring oxygen. Please tell us what are the steps taken to solve this?

Supreme Court's five-judge Constitution bench starts pronouncing its judgment on petitions challenging the constitutional validity of a Maharashtra law that grants reservation to the Maratha community in education and jobs

Maratha reservation: Justice Bhushan, reading out the judgment said, we do not find any reason in revisiting Indira Sawhney judgment
