After Bengaluru, we now move our attention to Chennai where I've spoken with @Archytypes and all her fantastic co-volunteers at @ChennaiCares, who are responding to requests for beds, oxygen, medicines, and blood.
.@ChennaiCares verifies and amplifies resources, while also supplementing official efforts by channelizing authentic requests, managing information, and data.
I'm glad to extend my Twitter takeover to @ChennaiCares - a mixed group of individuals; some of whom have known each other for decades, some who worked together for Tsunami relief, some during the Chennai floods, some during the lockdown, and some who have just met each other.
I want to express my gratitude to @prajwalmanipal, who has done a fantastic job in spreading valuable information through our communities and making sure essential resources have reached those in need. I wish him and the team of heroes behind the scenes the best of everything.
Going ahead, all Tweets signed 'CC' will be from Chennai Cares and will be information put out through their group of fantastic volunteers. I hope that amplifying their messages through my channel will help a few along the way.
