EMR reduction should be treated in a similar way as Ionizing Radiation (X-rays, Gamma rays).
3 Basics are Time, Distance and Shielding.
Time: How much time are you spending being exposed.
Time includes how much time you're spending on your cellphone, while not in airplane mode.
Are you leaving your Wifi Router On 24/7.
Are you in an apartment building with cell phone antennae on the roof?
Neighbors have their Wifi Routers always turned On?
Distance is how far are you from exposure.
The Inverse Square Law states the intensity of a source such as radiation, changes in inverse proportion to the square of the distance from the source.
This simply means the further away you are from source, the less intense it is.
Shielding:
Are there any objects between you and the source?
Certain wavelengths are absorbed by walls, buildings, trees, etc.
Also, there are laptop shields, phone shields, clothing and blankets that can block certain types of EMR.
First thing to do is to reduce EMFs in your home.
Cellphone use:
- Keep your phone away from you or on Airplane mode when you're not using it.
- Use wired or air-tube headphones when talking on your phone.
- If you don't have those, use speaker phone.
Laptop/Computer
- Don't put your laptop on you lap
- Try using Ethernet instead of Wifi
- Using a grounding pad or if outside ground barefoot while using laptop
- It's better to keep your laptop charging with a 3 prong charger while using it as it grounds the laptop lowering EMR
The internet of things is not your friend.
- Try avoiding gadgets and appliances that require wifi/bluetooth.
- These include scales, home security, thermostat, TV, refrigerator, baby monitors, etc.
- In general try to have all devices wired.
- Use Ethernet for Computer/Laptop
Bedroom:
- Limit electrical devices in bedroom
- At least turn off Wifi at night
- Don't sleep with your phone near you head (preferably keep it out of your room)
- Sleep grounded (safely)
- Make sure devices like Router or SmartMeter are not on the other side of wall near you.
Get a cheap EMF meter to locate stray or unsuspected EMR.
There are other similar meters on that site, Amazon or elsewhere.
If you have $$$$ and you want to test your house or a potential house for purchase, hire a Building Biologist.
Things to keep in mind:
- Driving with cellphone On increases EMR due to constant searching for reception and switching to different towers.
- Cellphone shielding devices will make your phone search constantly for reception so this can actually increase EMR.
- Inner cities will have more EMR than Suburbs.
- Apartments will have more EMR than Single houses.
- Use antennasearch.com to figure out how many towers are near you.
- Use speedtest.net/ookla-5g-map to see how many 5G spots are near you.
- Talk to your neighbors about it.
- Maintaining optimal health is also necessary for reducing damage.
- Optimize Micronutrients
- Eat foods that help activate NRF2 pathway
- Eat foods that have Quercetin
- Eat foods/supplement with Vitamin C
Finally if you're really sick or electro-sensitive, consider moving:
Cells derive energy from one type of chemical reaction called Redox (Reduction and Oxidation) in your Mitochondria which makes up the Respiratory Chain.
The process transfers one or more electrons from a donor (Oxidized) to a receptor (Reduced).
This is not a direct process but goes through 'stepping stones'.
The process goes through 15 or more of these stepping stones called clusters/centers.
The clusters are are inorganic crystals known as 'iron-sulphur clusters'.
