So let me get this straight. After all the hype and build-up

3/surrounding the Biden Admin’s North Korea Policy Review, instead of a rollout of the policy we, including DPRK, have to piece together media statements by Blinken, Sullivan, Austin & other officials ourselves to surmise what the dam policy is? (B/c it’s “classified”.) And the

4/Biden Admin is saying: “Our policy centers on diplomacy”, so now it’s up to DPRK to “decide whether it wants to engage or not on that basis”, which means “the ball’s in North Korea’s court”?? DPRK must be thinking: “WTF US. The f###ing ball is in YOUR court! How can we decide

5/"if we want to engage in diplomacy if you don’t lay your cards out and discuss what your policy is? Are you high on drugs??"

However this could be a vile binary scheme where, if DPRK takes a pass, the US can say: “DPRK refuses diplomacy when we were willing to engage w/ them.
