Oregon
Weed producers

He knows how oppressive Oregon’s regulations are, and how Idaho is a better opportunity for businesses seeking to expand. #idleg #initiative

This act would provide Oregon weed operators relief relocating their operations to the Idaho portion of the Treasure Valley, closer to their customers. #idleg #initiative

The members of the Idaho Senate will personally move all of the Oregon weed operations to Idaho in a convoy of their personal F150s. #idleg #initiative

To be clear, though the C SCOTTT GROW Act doesn’t legalize the Devil’s Cabbage, nor does it permit you to advertise it, just incentivizes production in Idaho.  #idleg #initiative

And because this is Idaho, the C SCOTTT GROW Act will treat all weed production real and personal property as both agricultural land and industrial personal property not only making taxing at the lowest possible level. #idleg #initiative

But like fireworks, you will have to sign a statement that you will not consume the Idaho grown weed in Idaho but will transport it back to Oregon.  #idleg #initiative
