I am reviewing this Global News video and realized a portion shows preplanning.

1:03:53 – Male wearing with dark hair and mustache/beard, a black backwards Hurley baseball hat (with a blue “Q” on the front??) and wearing dog tags (“MilitaryInciter”) steps over wall in front of camera and looks around. He has at least 2 friends with him (see below).

1:04:05: [radio chatter]
1:04:31 (MilitaryInciter): “Can you see my signal?”
[INAUDIBLE]
1:04:36 (MilitaryInciter): Yeah, they … cause this is where they all moved to instead.
[INAUDIBLE]
1:04:41 (MilitaryInciter seen speaking into radio): “See me now?”

You hear a male else say: “Yes, he is. [INAUDIBLE]”

“We believed in you Vice President. [INAUDIBLE radio chatter.] We had hope that you would do what’s right for our constitution. I stood with you on stage, Sir. We believed in you. You backstabbed the veterans. You backstabbed these patriots. That’s why we’re here."

Crowd (male): [INAUDIBLE – sounds like “Okay, Joe. Come on.”]
“President Trump. You had the ability to pass. You have the strength, sir. The insurrection act is now. You have the power, sir, but we support you. 110%.

Crowd (male): “Hell yeah!”
Crowd (female): “Yes, sir!”
Crowd (male): “Yeah!”

“Do what’s right, Sir. We stand and we the people will not give up. We will not surrender. We will never quit. We pray for peace. We want peace in our country. We will not give up our country to foreign interests. To the enemies that hate freedom....

(MilitaryInciter points and then you hear a bell and trumpet): “You hear that? Defend this constitution from foreign and domestic enemies. Those domestic enemies are here. You’re not awake America. Be awoke. The enemy is not at the gate; the enemy’s already here.”

Crowd (male): “Were we go one, we go all.”
Crowd (male): “That’s right.”
“One loud voice. We are one. We are united. I’m Josh Wahseeus [sp?] That’s for Trump. We will never quit.”
