Around the time the DOJ annouced Buryakov's guilty plea (3/11/2016), Millian appears to have become a naturalized U.S. citizen, had his name cleared by the FBI, and made his first donation to the campign.

Fun fact:

Sergei Millian met with Michael Cohen in Trump Tower in 2007, and had offered to connect Cohen with "some important people in Russia who could provide some assistance" for Trump's plans to build a skyscraper in Moscow.
