7 Things To Quit ASAP

// THREAD //
1) Overthinking.

Overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness.

It only:

- delays the decision making process.
- creates uncertainty and doubt.
- causes mental illness.

So instead of worrying, start working on your goals.
2) Trying to please everyone.

No matter how much you try, you will never be able to please everyone.

Instead focus on:

- your passion.
- your own happiness.
- your mental health.

Don't waste your time and energy in trying to please others.
