Walking in the spirit is being sensitive to what God is saying. When you walk in the spirit you won't be stranded. The spirit always speaks, the problem is we don't listen.
Walking in the spirit is being God-conscious. Constantly aware of God's presence in and around you. Without His presence, you are like a fish out of water.
It is absolute dependence on the spirit of God. The branch can not survive without the vine, the same applies to you. You can't survive without a relationship and fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
Christ moved at His pace because He depended on God both to willing and to do. Many of us have allowed the issues in our life to inject with God's will for our life.
1. Sowing in the spirit (Gal 6:8) Your harvest is a function of what you sow. Sow in the spirit so you can reap everlasting life. Invest in your spirit man. Spend time on your spirit man.
You have no right to feed your flesh when you haven't fed your spirit. The first thing you do should be to spend time in the spirit before you get on with other activities. Be sensitive to his presence all day.
2. Being led by the Spirit: Pro 20:27
Your spirit man is the channel through which the spirit of God communicates with you. Roms 8:14. You hear God when you are sensitive. Acts 13:2; Acts 8:29
There is a distinct experience aside from salvation which is the infilling of the Holy Spirit. John 7:36. Every believer is expected to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Hello and welcome to service. We are excited to fellowship and worship God with you. We hope you had a productive week. It promises to be an amazing time in God's presence.
You can't make an impact if you haven't been impacted. Jesus' ministry didn't take off until he had received the empowerment of the Spirit. (Luke 4:14, 18; Acts 14:11)
Faith can make the impossible possible. Your faith can move mountains and the only way you can relate, connect and please God. Nothing comes to you from God without faith.
God has been faithful and He never fails. As a family, we lift our voices to appreciate him for all the wonderful things He is doing in our midst. We are nothing with Him.
