1. Is there something deeply dysfunctional going on with @thameswater / @LanesForDrains? I'm having the most Kafkaesque time trying to get them to deal with waste overflow in my garden...it's been more than a month now! #Thameswater#nightmare
2. It’s not as if I can change suppliers or something. All the promises that have been broken, the lack of a clear diagnosis, and the chasing I’ve had to do does take a toll when you’ve other challenges to deal with
3. Maybe @Ofwat or @CCWvoice should be exploring whether @thameswater is fit for purpose because even their(mainly v. helpful and courteous) front-line staff have hinted their frustration about the way my case - and others are handled…or not handled!
4. I’ve complained, of course, only to receive, 15 days later, a gaslighting response telling me my problem had been resolved three days before I made the complaint!
5. I just want this resolved but can’t help wondering what’s the bottom of all the bungling and laxity; is to do with #Thameswater’s ‘partner’ @LanesForDrains? It’s all a pity because the many @Thameswater staff I’ve encountered seems v. good
6. I’ve never ever written to an MP but this has caused me to write to my MP @vickyfoxcroft and I’ll write to the minister responsible for water utilities(@pow_rebecca?)
