That's why people love them. Their way of getting the things done is always unique and different. Army can implement COVID-19 SOPs better not because they carry guns, but just because people respect them a lot. 
Today, I asked a shopkeeper that why he has closed his shop because no one from Adminstration has visited the Bazar. He said, "yara faujian razi dalta, ao dumra pa tariqa sari ta wai che dukan band ka, os bada khbra da che bia hm dukan kolao kar wi hagho pa makhke".
"Army people visit Bazar and tell us so nicely to keep the shops closed. Now it doesn't look nice if we again open our shops infront of them".
I asked him that if they (army officials) use force to implement the SOPs? He said not at all, they just lecture us for 30 long minutes. 😁
