Fiverr 101

This thread will reduce your trial and errors, increase your earnings, and make you a successful freelancer
1. Look at what other people are selling in your niche. Run the numbers. Search for the keyword but there's a number game here. Any service that already has more than 30,000 freelancers is a NO-go-area
2. Use long tail keywords.

Your title should have long tail keywords. "I will write SEO article or I will be your SEO article writer" doesn't cut it. "I will do SEO article writing for personal finance coach". I will design amazing logos for real estate ".
3. Use videos, if you can, for your gig media.

Videos give the best impressions of your service. It adds that human touch and includes a bit of guarantee. It only costs #1500 to make one (Fiverr even encourages it)
4. Use the appropriate tags.

Tags serve as both secondary and supporting keywords. In SEO, this helps the primary keywords and allows their bot to crawl your page for the relevant keywords required to index your page. Some gigs aren't even indexed on fiverr. Lols, zero sales!
5. Write a good gig description.

I have seen many people doing keyword stuffing. Lols. You are stressing the system. It will look over your gigs and dump it to the dead end of the pool. Let the keywords come naturally. Include offer and guarantee here. Sprinkle some scarcities
6. Understand clicks and impressions.

I can write an entire book on this. The analytics section is important to the success or otherwise of your fiverr journey.

If you are getting clicks but low impressions, it means they are clicking your title but leave your page
immediately they land on your gig details. The CTR suffers and your gigs deranked. If this happens, work on your gig descriptions.

If your impressions are high, then work on your price or offer, or even both. More often than not, it always occurs because of no or low reviews
It means clients love your service but they are skeptical about the outcome.

I made $21 in my first 6 month on fiverr as a freelancer

I did receive many requests from buyers but as a newbie, I struggled with the art of selling

Some of the real-life principles (not tactics) I used. I actually copied it from some people. Why re-invent a wheel?
I knew my potentials. I could see something better, something greater. I knew this freelancing of a thing is for me. I knew, I knew that I would make money from freelancing. But I can make stupid money If I up the way I sell.

During my visit to Abuja, I learned something from
a customer representative of Arik Air. My flight was scheduled for 7am but I sleep a lot. You see, I can see for 23 hours from the total 24 hours a day. The doctor said it's not normal but mehn, I enjoy it.

Onward

I sha missed that flight.

The Arik Air's Representatives

Why you struggle as a freelancer (Almost everyone struggles with Number 3)
1. Looking for Eight-figure companies to work for

You probably will never work for an eight-figure company throughout your freelancing journey (It's not a curse) because the big agencies have snapped up the last one you could work with
Starting as a newbie, I preferred working with small companies. I enjoyed working directly with the decision makers and not have to lose sleep over working with 12 layers of management. Moreover, you will get paid faster but you also risk not getting paid at all

Dear freelance writers, do this and you are guaranteed to land at least 3 clients next week. No jokes. RT for others
Now that you have no gig you are working on, niche down on who you wanna work with. Choose 3 niches (you can choose less). For example, someone can choose SaaS, Healthcare, and financial planning niches.
Use this week to write two SEO articles on each niche, give it to other writers to assess. Ensure you give it to people who will criticize your copies objectively. Subjective criticisms drain one's morale.

A tip is quick way to fix something. It is not a long, involved, complicated solution. It’s a quick hit. A tip is something

About 76% of LinkedIn members said the “Who’s Viewed Your Profile” feature is one of the most helpful tools on LinkedIn (paying members get much more value from this feature). If you are a job seeker, knowing which employers or recruiters have been visiting your profile can guide
you to follow up with those individuals. You might say something like, “I noticed you viewed my profile. I am very interested in x and would like to have a conversation with you this week or next. Might we set up time to meet?”

Unfortunately, information on your viewers is
extremely limited without a LinkedIn Premium membership. But you can get some details. For example, try clicking on “Weekly search appearances” from your profile page. #linkedinTIPS

Have you wanted to know what search terms other members, potential clients, recruiters or

Ignore this IF you are making $5k/month as a freelancer....

RT if you are freelancer

When a buyer chats you...

The first thing you're meant to do is to "Thank them for coming around."

Hi Dear, thanks for your message. I am elated to inform you that you're on the right path for choosing to contact me.

I am however sorry for the late response....

Then give reasons..
