Last year I came to know about the twin-sisters massively affected by the double whammy of COVID and #CycloneAmphan . I reached the spot when lockdown restrictions lifted slightly, and covered the story of the village for @GaonConnectionE :

The people who have been the backbone of support to the affected families were themselves badly hit financially. But they carried on, with help from different quarters. They channeled their efforts over the months and listed their newly-formed organisation as an NGO.
prantiksundarban.com is the website. It is still under development hence not fully organised.
I have kept in touch with them the whole time. This time unlike the last, the villages in the region are very badly affected by COVID. The NGO volunteers are working tirelessly.

The things they require are medical supplies, which they are arranging from কলকাতা (kolkātā). Financial help would really boost their efforts.
