Some gas stations in affected states are already running out of fuel, according to @GasBuddy. As of Wednesday morning, per @GasBuddyGuy:

When Colonial Pipeline returns to service, which Granholm has said she expects to happen by end of week, some markets will likely have to wait for supply to even out and rely on their inventories, according to the US EIA, as pipeline shipments will take time to arrive.
