1. In @SDNYnews, USA informs court trial of Bannon's remaining co-conspirators in November works for the Govt.

Looked at the case & some observations & questions. First, interesting that Bannon, who TFG pardoned, has same lawyer @RudyGiuliani has in the warrants case.
2. Also, Kris Kobach entered an appearance some time ago in Bannon case and is represented by attorney for another interested party "We Build the Wall, Inc." the 503(c)(4) formed in 2019 that I think could be alleged to be a RICO enterprise.
3. It may be my own predisposition but Kobach's activities in Kansas politics led me to believe he's part of the Koch machine that I includes all the radical right funders: Mercer, Prince Devos, etc. I'd want to know if any of these funders had a link to this enterprise,
4. besides Giuliani attorney connection that they had to know when Giuliani hired Costello that he was in the Bannon case. Why be so obvious?

DC insurrection cases have included conspiracy charges that are 18 USC 1961(1)(B) RICO predicate acts. Rudy could be charged in DC IMO.
5. Just about to post this and Rudy's got a new attorney. Barry Kamins. I'm guessing an associate at Ankeles, Vontzalides, Ambeliotis & Delaney, LLP because he's using the firm's email.

1. Trump Justice Department secretly obtained Post reporters’ phone records washingtonpost.com/national-secur…
2. I think this material was likely obtained under Stored Communications Act. As far as I can see FBI was not obligated to make a disclosure. The July 2017 WAPO article was a red flag. No surprise to me they sought the meta data records.
3. Why are they posting this now? My first thought is that they are about to drop a major indictment on the espionage surrounding the Trump 2016 campaign and they are simply giving the @washingtonpost a heads up. A courtesy.

1. I think it just comes down to numbers. Trump did something that I recognized in the 1980's was possible: Come out at a Nazi. Real hate. No more dog whistles. Just pure hate. The reason I knew it might work is because the people who agree with this hate rhetoric
2. historically did not vote in large numbers. Many were unregistered. So Trump's hate effectively increased the voting participation of this large fringe electorate. The primaries were the proof the GOP was primed. As Trump's name recognition and advancing tide of Nazi hate grew
3. @TheDemocrats sat by and simply rested on the belief that Trump could not win. But I saw the Russians in this by July 2016. We limped to the finish line never taking seriously the threat Trump posed and the Koch's boy Comey put the final bullet in our Republic's head by

1. Keeping an eye on Elliott Broidy. Convicted criminal associate Nickie Lum Davis is traveling from LA to DC grand jury. April 13, 2021, DC US Attorney moved to dismiss Broidy’s criminal case as moot after Trump pardon. The language used says to me that… timinhonolulu.com/2021/05/05/1-k…
2. In his statement of offence, Broidy admitted that: "BROIDY, Davis, and Person A agreed that the payments to BROIDY would be directed to Law Firm A, a law firm controlled by BROIDY and Person C.
3. I would not want to be associated with Law Firm A. Broidy has recently used Steptoe & Johnson LLP for business litigation in DC but I can't imagine they are "controlled" by Broidy. But I can think of a Koch/RNC captive firm that might fit the bill.

1. Looking at the documents produced under #FISA to @JasonLeopold @BuzzFeed and I spotted what may be a violation of federal law by Cambridge Analytica (CA) and arguably the Trump campaign in the 2016 cycle. Here are two pages of an email dealing with the contract in Sept 2015.
2. The email identifies "enriched voter data*" that could be produced by CA Connect, a "data manipulation and segmentation software platform."

It then goes on to explain what constitutes "enriched voter data."
3. At the top of the list on the second page is "Nationwide enriched credit file (400 data points for 220m individuals."
Assuming it's a reference to consumer credit reports, IMO this likely violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S. Code § 1681b - Permissible purposes of

1. What did @foxnews @TuckerCarlson @seanhannity & @rupertmurdoch know and when did they know it?

yahoo.com/huffpost/rudy-… via @Yahoo
2. Can we show Rudy's Kremlin intel propaganda was pushed out knowingly by right wing amplifiers like @FoxNews? Develop evidence that they knew it was coming from a Russian intelligence sources. That might put @foxandfriends et al in the barrel with Rudy.
3. My guess is that there are Fox News interviews where Rudy tells them about his Russian intel sources. If there are, I think that could establish willfulness on the part of Fox News and expose them to charges for not complying with FARA and marking it as propaganda.

1. Appears that John Solomon started pushing anti-Biden disinformation Spring of 2019 and was running his work by Lev Parnas and Tensing/DeGenova.
Wiki:
"Prior to the publication of a story where Solomon alleged that the Obama administration had pressured the Ukrainian government
2. to stop investigating a group funded by George Soros, Solomon sent the full text of his report to Ukrainian-American businessman Lev Parnas and the two pro-Trump lawyers and conspiracy theorists Joseph diGenova and Victoria Toensing.[34] Solomon said he did so for fact-
3. checking, but Parnas, DiGenova and Toensing were not mentioned in the text, nor did Solomon send individual items of the draft for vetting (but rather the whole draft)."

Here are links to his two 2019 pieces published by The Hill.
