Om Mantra is an ancient Sanskrit spiritual symbol in Indian religions. Which was first felt by rishis as they meditated. Eventually, as the experience proliferated, the word came forth and people started chanting it to feel the same experience. OM is also one of the most
important spiritual symbols. It refers to Atman (soul, self within) and Brahman (the entirety of the universe, the ultimate reality, and cosmic knowledge). Om is a sound with a complex meaning. It is the whole universe fused into a single word, representing the union of
body, mind, and soul. Om is misunderstood as a religious mantra that is only related to Hindus. But in reality, it is a cosmic vibration that initiated the creation of the whole universe. The sound of om has three syllables A, U, and M pronounced as AUM. Chanting of ‘aaaa’ gives
sensation to the nervous system besides the chest and stomach, making ‘ooo’ sensation at the throat, and the chanting ‘mmmm’ resonates with the nasal and the brain. Due to the high spiritual and creative power, when chanted AUM, energy starts moving from abdomen up to the brain.

Lord Surya has a great significance in Sanatan Dharma. He is considered one of the most significant gods with exceptional capabilities and divine powers. Also, he is the principal source of light on earth and is a supporter of life. Apart from Sanatan dharma Lord Surya is also
preached around the world for his gifts to humankind. There are many advantages of offering water to Lord Surya and various other aspects of worshipping him, with the benefits being scientifically proven. Offering Water to the sun during the early morning promotes the absorption
of Vitamin D in our body that keeps us healthy. When we offer water to the sun with a copper vessel, the lights pass through the water and splits into seven rays of the sun (also known as Seven horses of Surya Bhagwan) and are absorbed by our body and balances the seven colors

Have you ever wondered how our ancestors knew about Navgraha? Navgraha are the nine heavenly bodies (as well as deities) that exist in the solar system and influence life on earth in the Sanatan Dharma. The term is derived from Nava (Sanskrit: "nine") and
Graha (Sanskrit: "planet"). Note that Bhudevi (Earth), Uranus, and Neptune are not mentioned. The telescope was discovered in 1608, but the roots of Sanatan Dharma embarks long before the discovery of the telescope. These sculptures of the Navgraha are currently kept in the
British Museum of London. The sculptures were originally discovered from The Konark Sun Temple situated in Orissa, which was built in the 13th century by King Narsimha I. The temple is mainly dedicated to the Sun god Surya. The Navagraha also falls under the Sanatan Astronomy and
