Apparently, all protrusions on stones, from decorative to functional (we'd call them lifting bosses) are called nubs by these pseudos
These nubs aren't proof of aliens, but human ingenuity (and laziness to not polish them down)
The pic above is of the Propylaia in Athens. It was never finished because of the outbreak of the Peloponnesian Wars
When you see these lifting bosses still there, it means ancient builders haven't finished with some aesthetic details on the exterior of a building!
Not aliens
BREAKING NEWS!
Archaeologists have found Plato's Republic!
It's in Rome buried under the imperial buildings
BREAKING NEWS!
Humans once had four legs and four arms till Zeus split us in two. For the story of love by Aristophanes as recorded by Plato as transformed into song, I highly recommend Hedwig and the Angry Inch
No real archaeologists who conduct excavations and use modern methods of historical and archaeological interpretation are seriously looking into Atlantis
Real archaeologists don't try to solve grand mysteries
Instead we study what we actually find: the layout and construction of a building, the design and chronology of pottery, the make-up of foodstuffs in a midden: all to understand past people
sure, much of it is boring
But, trust me, it can also be fascinating. Why?
Because people were and are fascinating. We love good stories about people, what they did, what they ate, and their pets
Or maybe you'd like to read about ancient narcotic usage. Again, something fascinating that we have plentiful evidence for. Like the geological vapors at the roots of the Oracle at Delphi
I present findings based on years of interdisciplinary research into the archaeological and historical context around Atlantis

The secrets presented in this thread will anger a large swath of people
Theyβve already begun trolling me and other scholars in my cabal after we first spoke up about #Atlantis
BUT I WILL NOT BE SILENCED
the truth will prevail

We all know the story of Atlantis. Itβs been popularized, retold, and adapted in movies, on TV, and in comic books
But the true history is still shocking. Itβs tinged by violence and hatred and is part of our own 21st century phenomenon of rampant conspiracy theories
