Last night, the explosive finale for one of the dioramas was broadcast on an NHK show about "Tokusatsu" - a unique genre of special effects used for film/TV like Godzilla or Kamen Rider.
Gives you a real look at just how intricate everything is, and how they incorporated the CG. #FANTASIAN is definitely one of a kind. I'll never stop goggling over how amazing the work they put into this game is.
I saw a post complaining about an upcoming game's #localization saying that "hiring a guy" to do a script translation doesn't cost much at all.
And that if you know the language, it's not hard.
Let me tell you why that's wrong.
#1 Localizing a game isn't just a guy translating text
- Localization takes a team
- Localizing a game encompasses more than just raw text translation (graphics, VO, QA, ratings, etc.)
- The process has a lot of stages that can even take years
