If you are experiencing symptoms immediately consult a doctor, fever clinic, triage centre anything. Don't wait for taking test or test results. Don't diagnose it yourself as a common cold, fever, or something like normal times these aren't normal times.
In case of elderly it's better to immediately register for a bed the govt now has made it easier to do so @104_GoTN or visit the site ucc.uhcitp.in/publicbedreque…

The worst thing to do now is to keep shifting the infected person from one place to another. It increases the chance of infection. Make sure you get all the details of the centre before admitting. Due to shortage of O2 there has been so much interchanging hospitals for patients
Without volunteer help this is absolutely difficult and arranging O2 from our end takes a toll. Hopefully new centres have come up to solve this crisis. My personal advice would be to try and get a bed in govt esp Stanley or omanthurar but if you prefer Pvt make sure you cover ..

I can easily advice if they ask for a certain drug, remdesvir ask them why they want etc but if my parent was there I would be arranging without a question asked. Inspite of all the awareness and research. I can write a longer thread for the horrible experience of getting beds ..
