You know at some point, we’re going to have to have a conversation about the disinformation that Facebook spreads, Peter Thiel’s place on its board, and who that disinformation favors and why
Don’t you think that the guy whose money is made by selling surveillance tech to border agencies should divest himself of any and all @Facebook ties? After all, knowing how much highly targeted disinfo about the border comes out of there. Wouldn’t they want to avoid the
appearance of conflict of interest?
Given how much of our personal data Facebook has stolen from us to sell to corrupt political campaigns, shouldn’t the motivations behind the “kingmaker” label Thiel so obviously craves be deeply, constantly scrutinized? Isn’t that why journalism exists?
I mean, does anyone still think this is organic spread? Besides Shapiro and Bongino, that is, who are exactly the types of weird failson nerds who fall for the PR they buy for themselves
Whoops, meant that to include this link

Good. It was all just an inauthentically organized marketing campaign from far-right religious whackadoodles to try to get people out of “government-run” schools and into homeschooling anyway. That was the year it was made legal in all fifty states.
They always go for yoga because then they can get everyone wound up about “un-Christian activity” but without being accused of antisemitism or Islamophobia. They do this stupid shit every time they want to run a religious right homeschooling campaign.
This was 2013 in San Diego. They try to pull this shit every decade or so. What an embarrassment. npr.org/sections/thetw…

That's what you get for indulging a baseless, anti-democratic conspiracy theory cooked up by a bunch of sore losers, @Steve_Chucri. We tried to warn you and everyone else that this would happen -- because it was a bullshit scam built on a lie from the very beginning
But hey, great job owning those libs with all those taxpayer dollars, not like it was your money right?
The same goes for every other asshole who has participated in this anti-democratic embarrassment of a grift. Do all the recounts you want, no one cares. But this is no recount. This is a bunch of little amateur hour pissbabies having a temper tantrum because their guy lost.

A global, far right power grab aided by corrosive disinformation ahead of a climate meltdown, gosh hmmm seems like someone was just warning about that
I didn't spend years studying geopolitics and crashing Arctic Council meetings in Alaska and the Yukon for nothing, I was never just talking out of my ass
One of the things the USA and Russia were always talking about was how climate change was opening up previously inaccessible shipping routes through international waters, such as the Northwest Passage. Anyone could have seen the showdown coming u.afp.com/UeNd

And by 1979, John Tanton had opened the Federation for American Immigration Reform — FAIR — as a Trojan horse for his true end game, “population control” in the service of a “Euro-American majority” for the USA — his words — “and a clear one at that.”

Told you it was coordinated using disinformation and algorithms to give the appearance of popularity and consensus where there actually is none in order to astroturf anti-democratic legislation into the mainstream.
