Reason, it becomes anxious cos of the close quarters and by the fact tht it's trapped.
Irrespective of whether u r a renowned Military Commander or a mouse and anything in between, an anxious & depressed mind will ultimately lead to dire consequences.

My late Grandma always used to say, ur faith & trust in Bhagwan must be absolute. Just like a child who's thrown in air but laughs joyfully, as the child trusts the person to catch them and not let any harm come to them.
