BJP IT cell just never stops! Anyway, have to put this out so they can stop with their ugly graphic designs:
1. We are thankful to EVERYONE who is sending help to Goa bc our govt didn't when they had the time.
2. Thankful to @chinukofficial
for reaching out & sending these.
3. Thankful to @VijaiSardesai for arranging people for unloading these cylinders in the middle of a cyclone when no one even picked our calls.
4. We do ZERO monetary transaction with any donor. We are only on ground volunteers providing help from donors to beneficiaries.
We have zero contact from direct donors in most cases.
5. All of this doesn't matter. The State govt has failed Goans and we will continue to get help from outside till govt across the country give Goa the infrastructure & healthcare it deserves.
6. You need a better copywriter.
7. You all need to join volunteers on ground. Trust me it's better & much more satisfying than making classless graphic designs and cooked up stories.

Negative & better than yday. 🤞 Stepped out layered with triple masks (just in case) distributing 3,00,000 Litre of oxygen that we received in donation to hospitals in Goa. First the mismanagement of pandemic and now #CycloneTauktae has ravaged Goa.

Our Goa will heal. ImageImage
These filled cylinders are given to North Goa District Hospital, Borkar Nursing Home, Horizon, Mothercare, RG Hospital & Trimurti hospital. The hospitals have committed to use this ethically for the benefit of disadvantaged. Thank you #DilSeFoundation for all the kindness.
Doctors I met today at multiple hospitals told me they've never seen anything like this before - not in the last wave, not even in other States. Four of them were of an opinion that Goa govt should conduct a genome study (idk what that exactly is) of the virus of second wave.

Our petition has asked the State of #Goa to acknowledge and solve the following:
1. Share where are 200 ventilators that were purchased from PM CARES funds being occupied, & since there's a shortage despite that, share the steps to fix it.
2. Make beds availability public.
Not only tell people beds are available, but also specify what types of beds - oxygen, ICU, ventilator, or COVID Care?
3. Acknowledge the crunch of Oxygen, regulators, and even oximeters (that are missing from govt home quarantine kits now). Share the plan of action to fix this.
4. Acknowledge or counter if the hospitals are running out of staff, as increasing beds means nothing if there isn't enough personnel to attend to the patients. How does State plan to fix this issue?
5. Delayed testing & plan of action to fix. Currently, RT PCR takes 5-6 days.

6 months since I had COVID-19 and it still continues to trouble. Am not a doc so no advices, just my experience & learnings:
If you haven't got it yet:
1. Avoid catching the virus. Wear mask, etc you know the drill.

2. Instead of kadha & random churans, eat very nutritious food according to your body's req. Have multivits if you need.
3. Workout. Do yoga, strength training, breathing exercises
I had switched to a healthy lifestyle just a few months before I caught the infection. Thanks to that, my body dealt with the virus very effortlessly, despite lot of worries by others since I have v bad bronchitis + had very high BP (hypertensive) regularly at that point.

If #SachinVaze, Singh & Deshmukh nexus is shocking to you, here's something from #Gujarat that's going unnoticed in national conversation. Please read this:
▪️A Dalit activist #AmrabhaiBoricha was murdered in a village nr Bhavnagar by Kshatriyas, who had usurped Amrabhai's land
▪️The accused attacked him with swords, spears and rods, killing him infront of his 25 year old daughter & policemen.

▪️Before this attack, he was attacked 13 times by the same people, once breaking his legs. He had requested local police about the threats but was ignored.
▪️It has been 20 days since his death. The PSI who didn't file a single FIR when Amrabhai complained of the threats, is suspended but still free.
▪️ Independent MLA @jigneshmevani80 demanded his arrest in Gujarat Assembly twice, and he was suspended on both the days for this.
