Who puts their on hold music on a loop which is too short for the on hold time? Losing points rapidly here for the music
They ended the call. Nearly 45 minutes on hold and they ended the call without connecting me to anyone. Guess that answers whether I am upgrading with @VodafoneUK or moving to a new provider at the end of this month.
