1/ Scoop: Israel is investigated the connection between a cyber attack this week in Florida in an attempt to poison a water reservoir & an identical attempt a few months ago using a cyber to poison a water reservoir in Israel & whether the same actor is behind the 2 incidents. >>

2/ This week, authorities in Florida announced that they had thrwated a cyber attack against a water facility in an attempt to raise the level of chemicals in the water what could have poisened people. In Israel the same attempt was made about 10 months ago. >>

1\ פרסמנו ביומן הבוקר: בישראל בודקים את הקשר בין מתקפת סייבר בנסיון להרעיל מאגר מים בפלורידה השבוע לבין נסיון זהה לפני כמה חודשים להרעיל באמצעות סייבר מאגר מים בישראל, והאם אותו גורם עומד מאחורי 2 האירועים. >>

2\ השבוע הודיעו הרשויות בפלורידה כי הם בלמו מתקפת סייבר נגד מתקן מים, וכי היה נסיון להעלות את רמת הכימיקלים במים במה שהיה גורם להרעלת המים - ולמי שהיה שותה אותם נזק רפואי. בישראל, נזכיר, נעשה נסיון זהה לפני כ10 חודשים. >>

3\ במתקפת הסייבר באפריל נעשה נסיון לפגוע במתקני מים ולהעלות את כמות הכימיקלים והכלור בהם כך שמי שהיה שותה את המים היה נפגע. ראש מערך הסייבר הלאומי יגאל אונא תיאר את המתקפה כבעלת פוטנציאל הרסני שאם הייתה מצליחה הייתה גורמת נזק רב. >>

1\ מתוך יומן הבוקר: היום יחלו הבחירות לתובע הבא של דין הבינלאומי הפלילי בהאג, שיכנס לתפקידו בעוד כמה חודשים. לתובע הבא בביה"ד בהאג משמעות גדולה האם בסופו של דבר תיפתח חקירה נגד ישראל.

2\ אז למה התובע הבא כל כך חשוב מבחינת ישראל?

א. ייתכן ויקבל את ההחלטה הסופית בנוגע לחקירה

ב. גם אם התובעת הנוכחית תרצה לקבל את ההחלטה לפני שתעזוב - היא צפוייה להתייעץ איתו בשאלה האם לפתוח בחקירה נגד ישראל, וההערכה היא שלא תקבל החלטה בניגוד לעמדתו.

3\ בישראל מעוניינים שקארים קאן ייבחר לתפקיד, ופועלים מאחורי הקלעים מול מדינות שלהן זכות בחירה בבחירות בבית הדין, כדי להביא לכך שהוא יזכה בתפקיד כיוון שהוא נחשב לפרגמטי בכל הנוגע לתפקיד בית הדין, ופחות מחפש את הפוליטיזציה. גם בריטניה וארצות הברית מעוניינת שקאן יזכה בתפקיד.
