Body cam footage shows that when #AndrewBrownJr was shot & killed by Pasquotank sheriff's deputies, who swarmed his car toting AR-15s, they clearly acknowledged that he was attempting to flee but did NOT fire at his car at that time, most likely because it's against protocol.

Instead, these men, who should be highly skilled in tactical defense strategies, very STUPIDLY used their BODIES to block him in, basically throwing themselves in front of a moving vehicle, yet he still managed to only ALMOST hit one out of the dozen officers on scene!

In fact, only one shot was fired as he narrowly missed that one officer. Every other shot taken at his vehicle was fired while ZERO officers were in imminent danger. It is obvious that the first & only justified round fired did not kill him, which ballistics will confirm.

Sheriff's deputies placed themselves in avoidable but imminent danger by attempting to be human shields. During the few seconds when a small fraction of the officers may have feared for their lives (again, by their own design) only one non-lethal shot was fired.

No officers were in imminent danger - or any danger, for that matter - when every round other than the very first one was fired at his vehicle, including the one that killed him.
THIS WAS NOT SELF DEFENSE.
THIS WAS RETALIATION.
