Hard truths men need to hear:

#1: Quit your desk job immediately. It is crushing your soul and ruining your health.
#2. Women aren't tools to cure your loneliness. Stop having casual sex. Find a loving partner, commit to her, and start a family.
#3. Not everything that happens around you is your fault. But you should take 100% responsibility for it all.
#4. Losing your temper is never manly. It is a sign of your inner child being triggered. Heal it, instead of giving in.
#5. Real men are minimalistic. Cut out all the excessive junk.
#6. You can have literally anything you want in life. If you don't, it's your fault.
#7. Your goals are lame and not big enough. Think bigger.
#8. The health of your penis & hair is the state of your overall health. You should not be balding prematurely and you should have morning wood.
#9. Stop trying to fit in so much. Break the rules. Piss more people off.
#10. Stop watching porn, dork.
#11. Raise your testosterone, find your purpose, improve yourself and women will follow.
#12. Don't be an athiest
#13. Horsepower in a car is overrated. Owning 1 horse is underrated.
#14. Failure is the key to success. If you haven't failed recently, you're not trying hard enough.
#15. Your balls are meant to be in the sun.

The world is extremely sick.

There's an opioid epidemic
Millions are dying from heart disease, diabetes, and neurodegeneration
Smoking kills 100s of thousands

Nobody is freaking out

Yet for some reason coronavirus caused the whole world to shutdown

I finally figured out why
Why are people allowed to guzzle canola oil, smoke cigs, and fester away homeless on the streets?

Yet we mobilize TRILLIONS for a pandemic that kills a small fraction of people?
Sure, it's contagious, but that cant be the whole story

I'm not saying that we shouldn't have responded to coronavirus.

The bigger question is why we haven't responded to all of these other issues that could SAVE MILLIONS?

Why does this election seem more contentious than ever?

And what does it mean?

This election was very important for some policy reasons...

But also because it reveals the incoherent mess that morality has become
A coherent vision of the good life has collapse and as a result we've been left with the moral shambles of a lost past...

Both sides will have a hard time coming to terms with the election results no matter what happens because of the moral islands each side lives on.
A functioning principality requires shared axiomatic assumptions.

You can have disagreement, but you need to first agree on what game you're playing.

For instance, two football teammates can disagree on what play to run but still come to terms after what the coach calls

HPA AXIS DYSFUNCTION & BREATHWORK

HPA axis dysfunction is a pervasive problem. It is linked to

- Depression
- Autoimmune conditons
- Sex hormone imbalances
- Diabetes
- IBS
- Anxiety
- Cardiovascular disease

Here's what it is and some ways to tackle it.
The HPA axis describes the connection between the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and adrenal gland.

They regulate the stress response, mood, digestion, the immune system and energy.

The HPA axis functions as a feedback loop.

Stress is not inherently bad and your body needs it in acute doses.

But during HPA axis dysfunction, it NEVER shuts off.

This leads to major neurotransmitter imbalances and people who are perpetually on edge & triggered

You are screwed and I'm not going to sugar coat it.

Everybody today faces an impossible predicament.

You've been catapulted into this world (literally shot out of a human body) without an instruction manual.
For 9 months you grew inside of a human body....then all of a sudden you were expected to figure sh*t out on your own.

It's almost like you woke up in a ferrari going 100 miles an hour headed for a cliff and you're expected to stop the car.
But you have no clue what a ferrari is...you don't even know what a car is

You don't know what a cliff is and you sure as hell don't know what a brake is

You don't even know that you're a human being

You just feel sensations

You're totally lost and helpless

You know nothing.

The greatest pleasure comes from rejecting constant pleasure.

• Sex is better without porn.
• Health is better without junk.
• Food tastes better after fasting.
• Conversations are better without social media.
What if the amount of pleasure you experience in life is directly tied to the amount of suffering you're willing to experience?

What if the path to joy isn't removing everything that hurts you, but fully welcome & attacking the pain head on?
The problem with money, relationships, and status is that they delude you into thinking happiness is external.

They give you a quick hit of pleasure that makes you addicted to more.
But the problem is they don't lead to lasting happiness.

True fulfillment is all internal.
