California Highway Patrol is here to launch an assault on the National City Homeless Encampments. 
And I've already found out they don't like being filmed.
They have now moved in to start clearing the encampment.
They have moved the garbage truck into the encampment.
Alpha Project just showed up. A little late to show up while people's homes are being thrown away.
They are almost done and are sealing the fence back up to try and keep people out.
