Looks like I have to apologize to Thomas Gucciardi. I phoned the FL Dept of Financial Licenses which provided his FL insurance advisor license number. The person I spoke to has no idea why I couldn't access info about him via a name search.... ImageImage

April's come & gone & I forgot to retweet my favorite NYT story dated April 1, 1939 about a huge shipment of gold shipped from either Nazi Germany or England secretly unloaded at a NYC pier less than five months after Kristallnacht....

@DerWouter Read the DOJ tax evasion case filed against Roger & Nydia Stone yesterday & have some comments. One, Roger Stone can't claim he's being persecuted by the Biden DOJ since we already knew the IRS was actively looking into his case in Nov 2020....
...Russell Harris, the mortgagee for the condo Roger & Nydia Stone purchased, is name as a party to the suit since he has an interest in the property to the tune of a $393k balloon mortgage w no fixed payment schedule...
...Russell D Harris owns more than one property in Broward County & elsewhere in S FL but, as memory serves me, the properties were transferred from Robert C Harris & Russell hadn't entered into any other agreements similar to the one w the Stones...
