#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers to @Kenny_Mayne on SportsCenter on voluntary offseason workouts: "Yes, I did not show up."
On whether he's making news tonight:
"I'm just here so I don't get fined."
On the future:
"Anything is on the table at this point."
Rodgers asked about #Packers fans taking team's side: "I think sometimes people forget what really makes an organization. History is important, legacy of so many people who come before you, but the people. People make the organization."
Rodgers on his situation with #Packers: "It's never been about the draft pick, picking Jordan. I love Jordan. He's a great kid. ... It's just kind of about a philosophy, and maybe forgetting it is about the people that make the thing go."
Rodgers says he loves his teammates, loves his coaching staff. He does not say he loves his GM, for what it's worth.
Aaron Rodgers said nothing there to indicate he's thinking about rejoining #Packers anytime soon. He also did not retire or close that door definitively. So, the train keeps rolling down those tracks.
Give this to @Kenny_Mayne: He did try. That was a rather terrific interview. Not that it's any surprise, given the interviewer. But A for effort.
