2008: Israel formally adopted the 𝗗𝗮𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲, making disproportionate force against civilian populations the official policy of the army. The doctrine’s logic is that terrorizing civilians will force the resistance to stop.

UN Fact-Finding Mission on Gaza 2009 says 𝗗𝗮𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 involves "the application of disproportionate force & the causing of great damage & destruction to civilian property & infrastructure, & suffering to civilian populations," to deter resistance groups.

Israeli pilots’ admission about deliberately targeting Palestinian civilian buildings is more solid proof that Israel intentionally perpetrated war crimes in Gaza, implementing its Dahiya Doctrine against the Palestinian population to terrorize it.
