Albiet this is an old map, we see a pattern! Still nothing much in Bihar, Chhattisgarh and NE!

We checked a population map of India and found that there is not of correlation between high population centers and store locations!
We thought that it might be that there might be demand but inability to supply!
We went through and looked at their suppliers, lo and behold. A pattern emerged, location concentration was directly proportional to supplier vicinity!
Are we wrong or right? What's your insight?
