I hv WITNESSED TONE DEAF flight attendants ESCALATE the situation in THEIR ATTEMPT 2 CONTROL a passenger in the THROES of HIGH ANXIETY.
Many do NOT like FLYING- the WHOLE EXPERIENCE is uncomfortable and unwieldy- from start to finish!
But have no option.
