Maharashtra State Board Class X Exam: Students will be assessed on the basis of 100 marks per head
Division of assessment marks:
- 20 points: Class 10 homework/oral exam/practical exam
- 30 points: Class 10 written tests taken throughout the year
- 50 points: Class 9 overall performance
Students who do not feel satisfied with the assessment, can appear for improvement examination which will be held when #COVID19 situation improves in the state.
Provision has been made for disciplinary action in case of malpractice or alteration at the school level.
- Assessment policy will also be applicable for repeater students and private candidates
- CET is optional but students appearing CETS will be given preference in all the colleges for Class 11 admission, followed by those not appearing for CET (for vacant seats in colleges)
