There are some health screening every woman should do EVERY YEAR!

☆ Blood analysis
☆ Pap smear
☆Breast ultrasound/ Mamigram

Let's break it down.

1. Sceening your blood pressure
☆Starting at age 20: Once every 2 years
☆Adults ages 40 or older: Atleast once per annum

2. Cholesterol Check (Your total cholesterol levels should be <200 mg/dl

Adults 20yr: Once every 5 years.

Adults > 30yr: if your cholesterol is between 200 and 239 mg/dl, make a plan with your doctor for how often you should check it.

This is a MUST Screen for any lady
3.Pap Smears
Beginning at age 21 and until age 65, you should have a Pap smear every year.

This allows your doctor to screen you for cervical cancer.

Do NOT miss It!

4. Breast Mammograms(>40yr) or ultrasounds (< 40yr )

A mammogram screens for breast cancer.

women should start annual screenings at age 40.

If you have a family history of the disease, or other concerns, talk to your doctor about starting annual screening earlier ( ~30yr)

5. Bone Density Screening:

Women should start getting screened for osteoporosis with a bone density test at age 65.

Those with risk factors for osteoporosis, such fractures or low body weight, should be screened earlier.

6. Blood Glucose Tests:

Starting at 40, women should get a blood glucose test every year to check for diabetes or prediabetes.

If you are obese, or have a family history of diabetes, you may want to start earlier and get screened more often.

7. Colon Cancer Screening:

Colon cancer screening should start at age 50, according to the

Fecal Occult blood test ( every year): stool is examined for tiny residues of blood

Colonoscopy every 10 years.

8. Body Mass Index

Starting at 18, adults should be screened for obesity, which usually requires having your body mass index (BMI) calculated.
BMI indicates whether or not you are obese, a condition that raises your risk of serious health problems like diabetes&heart disease

9. Skin Examination
Women should examine their skin every month.

Carefully inspect the skin all over your body, looking for any new moles or changes to existing moles, which can be early signs of skin cancer.

10. Dental Checkup

All adult women need twice-yearly dental checkups.

Through regular dental checkups, you can spot early signs of decay and needing guns which is early sign if blood cancer ( Leukemia)

Who should NOT get Pfizer or Johnson vaccine?

According to CDC: If you are allergic to

☆polyethylene glycol (PEG), you should NOT get either of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna or Pfizer).

☆polysorbate, you should not get the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
