Why those two?
Because they exposed the creator of the most successful aggregator (QAnon dot pub), who turned out to be a white-collar IT professional. That gentleman was , or claimed to be, losing about $2K a month on it.

1) they show that, from the earliest days of the aggregators, it was a financial struggle to keep them running. (Though the guy who created the FIRST one later claimed he'd found a stable, revenue-neutral solution. Maybe that's true! If you're out there and want to interview, 📞)
2) I *believe* this is the earliest record we have of any influencer discussing how hard it is to monetize QAnon.
I think looking into the monetary side of QAnon culture is... a lot of folks TALK about it, & the lads at Logically.AI have done a fantastic job sometimes

But it's very hard to do. The dataset we're working with may have other finds that can illuminate at least *shreds* of info about the economics of QAnon.

Small update to this thread: look at the readership this guy claimed to have in February 2018: 130,000 visitors!
And this with minimal-to-no advertising other than just... telling folks about it on 8chan.
