What is power writing?
In school they want long essays & you study shakespeare.

I sucked at that. I get exhausted writing long essays & my grammar was horrible (still is).

Lucky for me - in the real world you want:
* less words
* simple language
* stories that get people hooked
Want a job? write a killer email to the ceo

Want to build a network? cold email & DM people you admire without looking like a cringey idiot

Want to sell more stuff? your words are your gunpowder.

writing is a master key, that opens many doors

*How to finance it so you only put down ~10% or less

*How to sell it for a profit.

Handing the mic to my buddy @SievaKozinsky who does this for a living....
OK - let's say you wanted to buy a business and make $1M in the next 18 months.

Here's the playbook:
STEP 1 - Finding a Biz.

I recommend focusing on a space like "Home Services"
* landscaping
* HVAC
* Plumbing
* Electrical contractor

These businesses are profitable, you don't compete with FB/Amazon, and there are lots of bigger buyers when you want to sell.

So... everyone seems to think clubhouse is the "next big thing" - but I think it's going to fail.

Here's how I think it all goes down..
(disclaimer - I don't *want* clubhouse to fail. The world is more fun if it wins...

but wanting something doesn't mean it's going to happen. If it did, then guac would be default included inside every bag of chips)
