As documented in the NYT, Biden is working to systematically eliminate all controls on the issuance of visas, work permits, and green cards. It’s the core of a very deliberate plan to increase all forms of immigration as much and as quickly as possible.1/9 nytimes.com/2021/05/31/us/…
While conservatives have been focused on the border cataclysm, and the sickening destruction of ICE, insufficient attention has been paid to efforts at rapidly importing as much foreign labor (and their relatives) as humanly possible through visa and green card programs. 2/9
Unlike illegal aliens, this new workforce imported by State/DHS will be fully authorized to live & work in US w/ a path to citizenship. Green card recipients will become eligible for fed welfare. New workers will be lower-wage, replacing current workers & driving down incomes.3/9
No explanation is offered for how it benefits Americans to make them compete for jobs against new inexpensive workers, to make their kids’ classrooms more crowded, to drain med resources with more insured patients, or to admit those who cannot financially support themselves. 4/9
None of these policies can be economically, financially, or morally justified. The needs of our communities are placed last, the need of stateless corporations & foreign citizens are placed first. They’re not even bothering with legislation, just lawless unilateral decrees. 5/9
Trump moved heaven & earth to restore integrity, vigilance, vetting & strong enforcement to our visa programs, Biden is doing the exact opposite. We knew our client is the US Citizen and our job was to protect THEM; Biden believes the client is the foreign applicant & the CEO.6/9
Nowhere is “elite” beltway opinion more disconnected from the people. Vast majority of voters want the gov’t to approve substantially *fewer* migrants for permanent residency (e.g. much lower than the 1 million yearly average in the 21st century). See Rasmussen chart below. 7/9
In short, Biden is planning to bypass fed law to admit as many new people, from as many countries, with the fewest standards, and the fastest route to citizenship. The hopes, dreams, aspirations and rights of those already living here are deemed irrelevant and expendable. 8/9
Educate everyone you know about what’s going on. Write to your reps. Organize in your communities. Urge your Govs, state AG’s to engage. And ask lawmakers to propose a firm, transparent visa/green cap in the approps bill. Bureaucrats should not be the autocrats of migration. 9/9

In light of ongoing infrastructure/tax negotiations in Congress, I wanted to share a very broad outline of what an America First proposal would actually look like. Please read on. 1/6
Instead of financing infrastructure by raising taxes on products made in America, we should tax companies that make their products overseas (import tax). Biden plan does the exact opposite: those who stay in USA will pay higher taxes, those who offshore will pay lower taxes. 2/6
Manufacturers should pay no tax on products they make in USA as long as they hire solely American workers. Companies that rely on imported labor or produce their products in China should pay steep surcharge. If products are linked to slave labor or genocide, sanction the CEO. 3/6

BREAKING: America First Legal has filed a motion for Preliminary Injunction & Class Certification to stop President Biden from discriminating against covid relief applicants based on their ethnicity. We won’t rest until state-sponsored racism is defeated.
aflegal.org/news/afl-files…
We’re witnessing daily, including in recent anti-Semitic attacks, the dire consequences of the equity/CRT agenda that categorizes, prioritizes, stigmatizes & stratifies citizens by ethnic heritage/background/race. It must stop & AFL is fighting to stop it.

BREAKING: @America1stLegal has proudly joined Louisiana’s legal team in their lawsuit against Biden’s Abolish ICE Memos. DHS endangers our families by releasing criminal aliens near our homes, work & school. AFLegal.org believes American Lives Matter. RT if you agree.
All nations must establish & ENFORCE rules for admission. This obligation is our leader’s sacred charge. Not only has Biden violated his constitutional duty to faithfully execute the law, he’s morally severed himself from the nation & the people he serves. aflegal.org/news/america-f…
All citizens should be grateful to Louisiana’s amazing @AGJeffLandry for boldly taking on this fight. Read my full statement below on the illegal, unconstitutional anti-ICE memos & visit AFLegal.org to learn more about our urgent work to rescue American sovereignty.

There is a word for what we are seeing in this video: fascism.

The American system of law is under assault by radicalized progressives who see it as a weapon of vengeance not an instrument of justice. Where the law ceases to be equal & impartial, the people cease to be free. 1/4
It took not just centuries but millennia for wise minds, courageous thinkers & civilized nations to produce the legal heritage that we inherited & lifted to its summit. Yet extremists are working feverishly to rubbish in but a few years what societies refined over thousands. 2/4
Our rights, laws and liberties are only words on a page without leaders, citizens and a culture devoted to their maintenance. This transcends party & politics: do not sacrifice this heritage lightly. It is easy it lose, very hard to regain. 3/4

Posing as an intellectual is easier than being one: a truly sophomoric take from @iamjohnoliver. The core of his argument is that Israel’s response to terrorist rocket attacks is disproportionate given Israel’s military capabilities. Let’s consider this principle in practice. 1/5
If the response to an attack on your territory must be equal to & no greater than the attack, then every civilized nation is forced to fight a never-ending war of attrition against terrorist armies. By this logic, if Hamas blows up a bus, the Israel must do same in response. 2/5
This is patently absurd. If our country was neighbored by a terrorist army that targeted civilians with rocket bombardments would the correct response be to a.) hit only the same # of targets in the same way or b.) end their ability to launch future strikes (at bare minimum)?3/5

The phrase “cancel culture” is being grossly misused. Neither Boehner, Cantor nor Cheney are victims of cancel culture. Under this flawed reasoning, Jeb was a victim of cancel culture when he lost GOP primary. Political parties exist to represent the views of their voters. (1/4)
In fact, what happens next w/Cheney will demonstrate just how thoroughly cancel culture does not apply—she will have limitless access to financial resources, speaking gigs, corporate and media jobs, etc. So what is cancel culture? It’s the enforcement arm of woke politics. (2/4)
It’s the raw power of radicalized progressives—by either exerting actual control over institutions or simply extorting them—to cut-off access to capital, employment, communication networks & other crucial platforms for reaching audiences, solely for violating a woke tenet. (3/4)
