*Indigenous age 12+ if Pfizer/Moderna 21/28+ days ago
*Received first dose AZ 8+ weeks ago
*Priority health condition as listed on webpage

CORRECTION: Moderna is only eligible for ages 18+ (Pfizer is approved for 12+).
