No serious side effects reported. Some of the typical vaccine type reactions occurred, mostly flu like symptoms.

As more studies, like the UK one that is delayed, come out, guidance could change. But based on this info, mix and match strategy looks well supported.

I want to emphasize that anyone who made the choice to receive AZ as a 2nd dose still made a really great choice.
When we don't have perfect info or perfect choices, we make the best choice we can.

1) Relatively small (<700 ppl)
2) Not yet peer reviewed.
But...
Results are in line with what we would expect on both a theoretical and practical sense from other vaccines.
More studies will help confirm these results and decision making.
