@PunchbowlNews @SenatorCollins Select committee. this is the play that a lot of people want. Pelosi gets to choose who sits on the panel. Lot of control for the speaker here. and would Rs appoint members? Assume so.
@PunchbowlNews @SenatorCollins Use existing committe structure. this is the preference of @WhipClyburn, who thinks Homeland is suited for this. Would also put @GOPLeader in a bit of a jam, given @RepJohnKatko is atop the panel
