1. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow know what you truly want to become.
2. Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them quickly, and get on with improving your other innovations.
3. The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.
4. Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.
5. Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.
6. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.
7. The doers are the major thinkers. The people that really create the things that change this industry are both the thinker and doer in one person.
8. If you don’t love it, you’re going to fail.
9. If you keep your eye on the profit, you’re going to skimp on the product. But if you focus on making really great products, then the profits will follow.
10. Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do.
11. The greatest artists like Dylan, Picasso and Newton risked failure. And if we want to be great, we’ve got to risk it too.
12. Sometimes life's going to hit you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did.

And whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something
