Quick Update. Remember there are 3 criminal investigations that get Trump to prison for life

Giuliani = Ukraine extortion and rogue foreign policy

Weisselberg = Tax fraud in NY and financial crimes

Jan 6, not related Matt Gaetz sex crimes -> Roger Stone -> fast track to Jan 6
In the Giuliani track to get Trump in prison

Big developments this week: The Special Master (Jones) selected. This puts the time line into motion. Rudy arrest this summer, trial this autumn

Worse for Rudy Colludy, his CRIMINAL investigation has now expanded to cover his company
In the Weisselberg track

Allen Weisselberg's exposure had been upgraded to TWO criminal cases in NY. Now this week, feds in DC turn into CRIMINAL investigation of 2016 campaign too

And in NY, his subordinate, Trump Comptroller Jeff McConney testified to the Grand Jury
And in Jan 6 track

Remember Matt Gaetz is BONUS, that DRAMATICALLY speeds up part of Jan 6 prosecution (which otherwise is in EARLY investigation stage)

Statutory Gaetz is caught WITNESS TAMPERING (yet ANOTHER federal crime)

And we learned his criminal case going on since DEC
We also learned that Matt Gaetz had hired THREE attorneys already in December, when he was begging for a pardon from Trump. He is so screwed

And that Trump pays for part of the legal fees for The Gaetz of Hell. A huge conflict of interest, but tells us how much Trump fears THIS
To be clear. Jan 6 investigations will lead to Trump anyway. NORMAL investigation time frame is 'YEARS'

Gaetz caught in raping a teen, will get Matt to flip. That brings us ROGER STONE (pardoned, but not for these crimes)

The Rogerstone gets us fast to Jan 6 incl Erik Prince..
In sum

Ukraine. Lev Parnas flipped. Giuliani now Special Master. To be arrested this summer

Taxes. Michael Cohen flipped. Weisselberg under pressure, may flip or be arrested soon

Jan 6. Greenberg flipped. Gaetz will flip and will be arrested this summer. Gets us Roger Stone..
PS These are the paths

Giuliani -> Pompeo, Bill Barr, Jared -> Trump

Weisselberg -> Don Jr, Eric, Ivanka -> Trump

Matt Gaetz -> Roger Stone, Jared -> Erik Prince, Gen Flynn, Giuliani, Don Jr -> Trump

Because Mitch McConnell acted in bad faith, take away EVERYTHING that he asked for, that you gave him in the compromise for the Senate version.

This is the ONLY way Mitch learns, he cannot pull this stunt ever again

But now do a proper hearing on January 6. Do it like this:
Make it bipartisan, live TV from House big chamber. But like in Benghazi (Hillary) hearing, use GOP rules, that the party in control gets majority of seats. Because Mitch screwed America, use their method now, as retribution.

Did Giuliani destroy evidence, after Bill Barr told Trump he has blocked Giuliani's office raid in summer of 2020. Yes, no doubt Rudy did. But that actually makes THINGS WORSE for the notorious serial butt-dialer and alleged attorney Rudy Giuliani.

We now know that the feds wanted to raid Giuliani's office in summer of 2020. Bill Barr blocked that raid

Of COURSE Bill Barr told Trump, how loyally he was helping Trump. And Trump spoke with Rudy regularly, of course Trump told Rudy

So Rudy KNEW his office would be raided
It is near certain, that Rudy Giuliani next destroyed his most incriminating evidence. Any reasonably sane criminal would do that

The only problem is - the Feds HAVE much of Rudy's evidence ALREADY. Partly via Lev Parnas, partly from monitoring Rudy's communications on a warrant

and Client-Attorney Privilege

I am not an attorney. I do not even play one on Twitter. So this is my best understanding. Please consult a real attorney for the real law haha.

That said. What to expect from Special Master?
The 'Client-Attorney' privilege means that generally any communications between an attorney and that attorney's client must be held secret & may not be disclosed for example in a court case

That communication must be LEGAL ADVICE. And it must be PRIVATE (not shared with others)
So if Giuliani had a client in Ukraine, and TOLD someone like Trump, what Giuliani had told the client in Ukraine - that VOIDS the client-attorney privilege. Look at how corrupt Trump and Giuliani are? This has likely happened REGULARLY with Rudy. For example telling Lev Parnas

The Special Master is huge news in Giuliani case, but it is a STEP. It tells us, normal people, outside that criminal investigation, WHERE they are. We get an 'update' to what is happening.

So some of you will remember Rudy Giuliani was talking about his insurance against Trump. This was around Impeachment 1. There was talk that Trump will throw Giuliani under the bus, to escape the Impeachment. And suddenly Rudy threatened the US President.

What was that?
Giuliani has COLLECTED evidence IN CASE Trump tries to betray Rudy.

One, why would you do that? unless you know what you are doing is illegal. AND you know the other guy cannot be trusted.

Two, Rudy has DEVASTATING evidence against Trump we have not YET SEEN
Some of that evidence was about Ukraine. OTHER evidence Rudy has, relates to misc other crimes he was organizing for Trump like in Romania and Venezuela.

Three. Rudy openly in public made a threat against the US President. That adds what? three years, five years
