Download Opera Brower from the android Playstore (Not Opera Mini please)

After downloading and installing click on the Opera icon on the bottom right... 3/

In the pop-up that comes up, click on settings (it is the last item), then click on enable VPN in the next menu... /4

Now your VPN is enabled for private tabs.
Click the new tab button below.
It brings a screen with a blue + button for normal tabs. Select the Private option and the blue + changes to red for incognito tabs.
Enter Twitter.com in the address bar and you're good to go

Now you can use an inbuilt browser based VPN without having to worry about affecting your other activities online.
Besides Opera @opera has a bigger reputation than most providers out there
